  • If there is a technical failure during the transaction process, such as incorrect charges or machine malfunction.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via phone or email.
  • Provide details of the issue, including:
    • The amount of items you attempted to dispense
    • The time and location where the issue occurred
    • A description of the issue (e.g., no item dispensed, wrong amount dispensed, etc.)
  • Provide proof of the transaction, such as a screenshot of the payment confirmation or a receipt.
  • Refund requests should be made within 48 hours of the incident.

Refund Process
