B. User Conduct

When using the IOT-Based UPI Vending Machine service, users must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment process is completed successfully and accurately.
  • The vending machine service is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect payments or transaction failures.
  • Users must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and consumption of items.
  • Users must not damage, vandalize, or misuse the vending machine in any way.
  • In the event of errors or issues during the transaction, users are encouraged to contact customer support for prompt assistance.

C. Payment Process

Users will be required to scan the QR code on the dispenser vending machine, which will direct them to the payment platform to complete the transaction. Payment is typically made via a digital wallet or credit card, with the amount displayed based on the selected quantity of items.

Users must ensure they have the correct payment method available and sufficient funds. Payment is securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

D. Refund and Cancellations
