Users can select the amount of items they wish to dispense and complete the transaction through their UPI-enabled apps (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) by scanning the QR code displayed on the machine.
When using the IOT-Based UPI Vending Machine service, users must adhere to the following guidelines:
Users will be required to scan the QR code on the dispenser vending machine, which will direct them to the payment platform to complete the transaction. Payment is typically made via a digital wallet or credit card, with the amount displayed based on the selected quantity of items.
Users must ensure they have the correct payment method available and sufficient funds. Payment is securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the transaction will be canceled, and the user will be notified on the screen. In case of transaction failure, the user is advised to try the process again or use a different payment method.
